SEBWA!
What is the 'grub crawl'?
Rather than doing a pub crawl, the CU is putting on a "Grub Crawl" this week! This means that we will be walking together from campus to the houses of some of our CU members to have a meal together. Each course will be served in a different home. We'll meet outside of Venue on the plaza, there will be CU members to walk you to and from each house, and we will drop you back off on campus as well!
There will be vegetarian/vegan/dairy or gluten free options available, so please don't let your dietary requirements stop you from coming! If you have any other allergens, please do let us know, as we would love to have you!

For more information speak to someone on committee or a CU member you know. Alternatively contact us on Facebook or Instagram -- we are always happy to help and make sure you feel comfortable!

What is 'SEbwA'?
SEBWA is the South East Big Weekend Away. It is a weekend from Friday the 25th to Sunday the 27th of October that UCCF organizes. It takes place in Winchester, and it is a chance for all the Christian Unions in the South East of England to come together and enjoy community, listen to amazing talks and seminars, pray and worship together, and have fun! It's such a great opportunity to get closer to the people within our CU, and we would really recommend and love for you to come along! This year's theme is "Knowing God"!
Where are we staying?
Kent CU will be staying with the Christ Church CU in a local church of Winchester, sleeping on the floors there. Almost all of the events are based in Christ Church Winchester.

When do we go?
We leave on a bus from Keynes on Kent campus earliest at 17.00, so try to get there in good time! We're all meeting outside Venue on the plaza together in good time, we will regularly take a register to make sure no one is left behind. There will be a pit stop an hour into the journey so everyone can get dinner (vegetarian and vegan options are available), but you can feel free to bring your own packed dinner.

What should we bring?
As we will be sleeping on church floors, we recommend you bring some kind of sleeping mat and bag/duvet, along with a pillow. Bring toiletries and spare changes of clothes, your Bible, and we recommend taking a notebook and pen to take notes in, too!

When are we coming back?
We're arriving back in Canterbury early afternoon on Sunday!

How do I sign up?
Click the button below and it will take you to the sign-up page. The total cost for the weekend along with the coach journey is £52. If you feel you can't afford this, but want to come along, do speak to a committee member for options! Make sure when you book to select "Canterbury student" from the drop down bar under "Ticket type" to pay the full £52 for the coach as well!

We look forward to seeing you there!
